Everytime testing opportunity comes, there is a certain ettiquete that we need to know.
Most basic ettiquete will be proper bowing. When we do seated bow, do you know which hand goes down first?
Here is the tips for the proper seated bowing.
- Sit in seiza.
- When you bow, your left hand goes down first then your right hand.
- Make sure your Buttocks doesn't come up when you bow.
- When you come up, your right hand comes up first then your left hand.
- Sit up tall.
